Steps to enable the IMAP option on your Gmail account

- Enter your login credentials
- Click the settings icon on your Gmail
- Locate and enable the IMAP settings
- Ensure to click the Save Changes button.
- Now, launch the Outlook 2016 application.
- Enter 993 in the Incoming port field and 465 in the outgoing port field.
- Click the Save button.
