- Open your email client like Microsoft Outlook or Thunderbird.
- Irrespective of the email clients, the configuration steps to sync your email account is the same.
- Navigate to the Menu bar Tools Accounts to display the Accounts window on the screen.
- Select the Add or New Account button.
- Now, the next window appears on the screen.
- Navigate to the Type of E-mail Account section and then select the IMAP button followed by the Next button.
- Once you have entered the name and email address in the relevant fields, select the Next button.
- Now, you have to enter the username and password of your email account.
- When prompted, choose the security settings.
- To finish the configuration process of the email account, select Next Finish.
- Select the Get New Mail or Fetch New Mail option to check whether the email account is synced to your device.
- Perform the steps mentioned above to sync your email account to all devices.

- Sign in to the Yahoo account using an email address and password.
- Open the Yahoo account, navigate to the upper-right corner of the screen, and click the gear icon.
- Select the Settings option.
- When the Settings window appears on the screen, select the Accounts tab at the left panel of the screen.
- Click the Add Another Mailbox option and then fill the ‘Select your email provider’ field as Google.

- Navigate to the upper-left corner of the screen and then click the Refresh icon.
- Now, you will see all the Gmail account emails in your Yahoo account and then sync email accounts.
