How to Sync Email To iPhone?

You are recommended to sync your email account with iPhone for sending or receiving emails.

To synchronize the email account with the iPhone, follow the steps provided below for Sync Email To iPhone.

Go to the Info tab. Make sure to checkmark the box next to the Sync Mail accounts. Select the email address that you need to sync.

Navigate to the Go Daddy email account and check the email server settings.
Note down the email server of your Go Daddy email account for future use.
Make sure to select either the POP or IMAP server option.
If you select the POP server option, the mail will be saved locally. You need the internet when you want to send or receive emails.
But in case, if you select the IMAP server option, you should have an internet connection to access the emails. After setting the server type, navigate to the Settings option for sync email to iPhone.
Touch the Mail, Contacts, Calendars option and then tap the Add an Account option.
Select the Other option and then tap the Add Mail Account option. Fill the name, email address, and password in the appropriate fields.
After filling the relevant details, touch the Next option. For the outgoing and incoming server, specify the hostname, username, and password.
To send emails from Go Daddy account, it is mandatory to mention the outgoing server.
If you set the server type as POP, tap Save Next. If you set the server type as IMAP, the Go Daddy email will be set once you have filled the appropriate details.

The hostname should be either pop.secureserver.net or imap.secureserver.net.
Once you have performed the steps mentioned above, sign in to the Go Daddy account and then check the settings for verification and to sync email to iPhone.

Add your email account on the Accounts screen.
Fill the Username, Password, and Description field.
Select the Advanced option and then check the settings.
Open the Sync page and select the items that you need to sync.
Press the options until you see the green sign finally you will sync email to iPhone.

On your iPhone device, navigate to Settings Mail, Contacts and Calendars.
Select the Add Account option and then tap the Microsoft Exchange option.
Make sure to leave the Domain field empty and then fill the remaining Email, Username, and Password fields with the appropriate information.
Select the Next option and then select the data that you need to sync.

On your iPhone device, navigate to the Settings application.
Select Mail, Contacts and Calendars option and then touch the Add Account option. Select Other Add Mail Account.
Now, you have to enter the Name, Email ID, Password, Description fields with the correct details.
Select the IMAP option from the Incoming Mail Server menu.
Then, fill the Host Name, Username, and Password fields with the appropriate information.
The hostname of the incoming mail server should be imap.mai.att.net.
Navigate to the Outgoing Mail Server section, enter the correct details in the Host Name, Username, and Password fields for sync email to iPhone.
When the next window opens, tap the Save option.
Select the SMTP option from the Outgoing Mail Server menu. Go to the Main Server section, tap smtp.mail.att.net from the displayed list.
Check the SSL and Serverport fields. Touch the Done option and then move to the previous window.
Select the Advanced tab and check the Server port and SSL fields. Once you performed all the steps provided above, close the existing screen and then restart the iPhone.

On the iPhone device’s home screen, tap Settings Mail, Contacts, Calendars Add Account Other Add Mail Account.
When prompted, fill the Comcast email address and password.
Set the server type.
Make sure to fill the hostname correctly in the Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server field then only you will sync email to iPhone.

Download the Xfinity Connect app from the App Store and then enter the Apple ID password when needed.
Open the Xfinity app and type the Comcast email address and password to log into the Comcast email account.
Tap the Settings app on the iPhone device. Select Mail, Contacts, and Calendars Add Account Other Add Mail Account.
After entering the Comcast email address and password, tap the Next button to proceed with the further steps to sync the Comcast email with iPhone 5.
Choose the server type as either IMAP or POP. Navigate to the Incoming Mail Server section and then enter mail.comcast.net in the Host Name field.
Also, fill the remaining fields in the Incoming Mail Server section.
Go to the Outgoing Mail Server section and type ‘smtp.comcast.net’ without the quotes in the Host Name field.
Tap Next Save to add your Comcast email account on your iPhone 5 device.
Navigate back to the previous screen and then touch the Comcast account.
Navigate to the Server Port section and then tap the Server Port option.
Type 995 in the Incoming Settings field and then touch the Account option to open the Account screen.
Touch SMTP, navigate to the Primary Server field and type ‘smtp.comcast.net’ without the quotes.
Go to the Outgoing Mail Server, touch the Server Port, and type 465.
Touch the Done option you will done the sync email to iPhone.
